The following Epic integration changes will be deployed on 11/8/2020:

SessionID API call returning with no details

For applications that utilize the session ID API, the meeting ID was not being returned for certain customers. In this release a new mandatory “org_id” query parameter is added to the API allow it to work properly. The query parameter should be set to the customer’s API key (the same one configured for the Epic integration).
