On 3/4/2022 the following change will be made to the Cerner integration:

(1) Person ID now used to identify practitioners in practitioner upload file

The practitioner upload file format is modified such that the practitioner must be identified using a person ID instead of a name. Cerner electronic health record (EHR) admins can select the practitioners that can use the Cerner app. Instead of selecting the practitioner by name (which could be a duplicate), they can now identify the practitioner using a unique ID. 

(2) Customization of patient emails

Patient emails providing the video visit launch URL can now be customized with the following: 

• Customer name and logo

• User instructions and notices

• Unsubscribe instructions
