On 1/22/2022 the following change will be made to the Cerner integration:

Identify Video Visits Using Appointment Description

Previously the only way for the Cerner integration to identify an appointment as a video visit is if the appointment had a specific appointment type code. Since it is common to have many video visit appointment types, using a specific appointment type code is not sufficient. To remedy this limitation, the integration now allows you to configure a text string that will be searched for within an appointment type description. The appointment will be deemed a video visit if the text string is found. The previous mechanism of identifying video visit appoints using a specific appointment type code continues to be supported.
