On July 25, 2022 the following changes will be made to the Cerner integration:

(1) Launch Zoom Smart Launch app from PowerChart MPage

Previously the Zoom Smart Launch app could only be launched from PowerChart’s Table of Contents. Now providers can launch the Zoom Smart Launch app from a PowerChart MPage.

(2) Select provider in Zoom Smart Launch app

Previously only the appointments for the logged-in provider is shown in the Zoom Smart Launch app. The app has been enhanced to show the patient’s appointments with other providers using the new provider selector drop-down.

(3) Customizable Join Meeting Page

Admins can now configure a custom message and log for their patients to see when they join and wait for their provider in a virtual visit. Patients can see this custom configured message/logo in the initial Zoom meeting web page when the video visit is launched.
