On June 25, 2022 the following changes will be made to the Cerner integration:
(1) Unable to remove the existing logo image in configuration page
Previously the button for removing the uploaded file was always disabled, so users could not remove the existing file in the configuration page. This is now fixed and users are able to remove a previously uploaded logo image file.
(2) Smart launch app initially shows error messages when launching
Previously when the SMART launch app was launched, a misleading error message was displayed temporarily indicating there are no appointments. This issue is fixed now and no error message will be displayed before appointments are shown.
(3) Appointment Sync History
A new “Sync History” tab has been added to the integration configuration page page that displays the appointment sync history for the past 7 days. Each history record includes the sync time, the number synced appointments, and the number of un-synced appointments. For unsuccessful syncs, details of the failed synch (X-Request-ID, appointment ID, error info) will also be displayed. The sync history enables you to verify that the integration is able to discover video visit appointments properly.
(4) Patient connection status
The SMART launch app appointments page now includes a banner for each appointment that indicates whether a patient has joined the Zoom meeting associated with that appointment. If the patient has joined, the banner will say “Patient has arrived”. If not, the banner will say “Patient has not arrived”.
