On May 28, 2022 the following changes will be made to the Cerner integration:

(1) Patient email logo fix and enhancements

Previously loading a logo image that was the maximum size could not be uploaded. This issue is now fixed. Some readability enhancement have also been made as well as increasing the custom content length from 500 to 2000 characters.

(2) Increase appointment search to 3 months

Previously, the integration only added meeting links and sent patient emails for appointments 30 days in advance. This has now been increased to 3 months.

(3) Appointment sync errors

Previously, if there were appointments with patients that did not have telecom info on record, the appointment synch to add meeting links and send out patient emails would fail. This issue is now fixed.
