Zoom is in the process of deploying additional servers to enable an “active-active” configuration for integrations and healthcare services. When completed, availability of the integrations running on those services (including the Epic integration) will be improved.

If you white-list Zoom server IP ranges, please ensure the following IP ranges are included in the white-list by September 16, 2021:

• 134.224.0.0/16

• 3.235.82.0/23

• 3.120.121.0/25

• 3.7.35.0/25

• 170.114.0.0/16

• 144.195.0.0/16

Please note the above IP ranges are already included in the Zoom firewall rules. If you have already white-listed the IP ranges specified in this document, no action is required.
